INGRÉDIENTS
– 1,5 oz GIGI Amaretto
– 1 oz lemon juice
– 1 oz simple syrup
– 1 egg white*
– Granulated sugar for the rim
– Citrus slices for garnish
PRÉPARATION
– In shaker, pour all the liquid ingredients, including the egg white
– Shake vigorously for 30 seconds with no ice
– Open shaker and add ice cubes
– Shake again
– In a chilled glass with sugar on the rim, pour through a strainer or without the strainer to serve on ice
– Add the garnish
